RECAP OF OUR 30 YEAR REUNION:

Hi friends!!  We are in the final countdown for our 30 year high school reunion!  If you’ve never been to one of the reunions, please make an effort to attend this one.  It’s all casual dress, low-key and laid back, and so much fun!!  It’s time for a little friendly peer pressure or flat out guilt trips, to get all your friends to meet you at the reunion!  Public shaming IS allowed!!
 
Below are some things that you need to know.  And a couple things that I need to know. 
 
FRIDAY NIGHT JUNE 10
  • Baxter’s Interurban – FREE admission
  • Plenty of FREE parking in the lot to the south of the building
  • You’re on your own for any drinks and food you order
 
REUNION TICKETS – SATURDAY NIGHT JUNE 11
  • You have until June 3rd to purchase your tickets!
  • All tickets may be purchased on the website www.tulsahale86.com
  • If you do not have a credit card and need to mail a check, please email me for the mailing address
  • PLEASE PURCHASE TICKETS SOONER RATHER THAN LATER – WE NEED A HEADCOUNT FOR CATERING!  Please help us out with this!
  • Many of you have RSVP’d, but you will still need to purchase your tickets to make it official!
  • PLEASE NOTE… We want everyone to be able to come to this reunion.   Many are in the midst of tough times and layoffs.  If you are in a situation where you cannot financially afford a reunion ticket, please send me a message and let me know.  We have very kind classmates that have donated reunion tickets for this very reason.  Please don’t miss this great event because of the expense of a $45 ticket.  This will be totally anonymous on both sides, and only go through me.
 
T-SHIRTS
  • You may pre-purchase a reunion t-shirt online. 
  • In order to have the shirts made and delivered in time for the reunion, we will cut t-shirt orders off on the website on MAY 25
  • We will order a couple extras, but if you really want one please pre-order. 
  • As soon as the art work is delivered, we will post a photo on the website.
 
MENU
  • For our Saturday night menu, we flash back to the 80’s for some Rex’s Chicken, courtesy of 2POPS Catering. 
    • Regular and Jalapeno boneless chicken
    • Sliced brisket and 2 POPS Mix of brisket, bologna, pork, and hot links
    • Cole slaw, baked beans, mashed potatoes/gravy, and rolls
    • Cobblers and cookies
    • Lemonade, sweet and unsweet tea
  • We will also be providing some veggie trays
 
DRINKS
  • We will have a cash bar – the bar will accept CASH or CREDIT CARDS
  • Please bring extra cash for the bartender tip jars!!
    • Marshall Wheat and Marshall IPA - $5/ea
    • Pabst high point - $4/ea
    • Bud and Bud Light - $3/ea
    • Wine (2 reds/2 whites), champagne, and Belini’s - $5/ea
    • Water and misc. sodas - $1/ea
    • Load the Uber app to your phone ahead of time in case you end up drinking too much.  We don’t want anyone drinking and driving!  www.uber.com/ride
 
PARKING
  • If anyone needs handicap parking for Saturday night, please let me know a couple days in advance so the owner can block off spots in front of the building
  • HERE is a parking map for the areas around American Theatre Company where you can and cannot park.
 
DONATION CHALLENGE
  • Let’s help the school that gave us so many great memories.  They are struggling with so many things, especially financially.  Wouldn’t it be AWESOME for the Class of 1986 to donate something as small as a bench or picnic table to the school, along with a dedication plaque?  They really could use some picnic tables for the Nature Center that Mr. Tim O’Halloran created during the 1985-1986 school year.  I’ve been told that the class of 1987 would donate something too if only to not be outdone by the class of 1986!!  Please bring CASH or CHECKS to stuff the donation box to support our high school, and show future Rangers that our Class of 1986 still cares!


This year we're sticking to relaxed and casual!  All our events will have casual dress attire - no ties, jackets, sequins, high heels, glitz or glamour necessary!  Feel free to wear your jeans, shorts, flip-flops or tennis shoes to either of the events.  It's all about catching up, not dressing up!!



We will have a photo booth at the Saturday night event provided by Danziger Photography.  Those who chose to jump in the photo booth will receive free unlimited onsite 4 x 6 instant prints in envelopes for the duration of the evening, capturing the fun for years to come.  Photos will be stamped with our Hale logo.  You will also be able to go online after the event to order prints.  All images are freely downloadable.  www.danzigerphotography.com

Since we won't have a roaming photographer this time, don't forget to bring your own camera (or selfie stick) to take photos of you and your friends. You will be able to upload your photos to this website after the reunion to share with everyone.




 

 
Saturday Night Main Event


There will be a cash bar at your own expense, and we will have a buffet of Rex's Chicken and BBQ from 2POPS available for all.

Tickets for Saturday night are a flat $50 per person.
 
You will need to purchase and pay for your tickets through this website.
